- Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 10am will be dispatched same day for delivery the following day.
- Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
- Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following day for a next day delivery.
If you do not receive your order within 3 working days then please contact us on 01636 821232 or contact us via our enquiry form. Alternatively you can email us at email@example.com. We will endeavour to deal with the matter as promptly as possible.
Delivery charges are £6.50 per order up to the value of £50.00. Orders over £50.00 will qualify for free delivery.
This charge covers delivery to all UK mainland areas. Orders for Scottish highlands (Postcodes ZE, HS, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA) will incur additional charges. Please contact us to discuss and confirm the charge, this also applies to postcodes BT, IM, GY, and JE. Please contact us to confirm the delivery charge for these areas.
Hall farm will happily replace or refund a product if the customer is not 100% satisfied, if you wish to return a product, we ask that you contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase, we will then happily exchange your items or refund your money.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Hall Farm reserves the right to
- Make price changes without prior notice
- Change product quantities without prior notice
- Delete product lines without prior notice
- Change product content without prior notice
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order once we have despatched it we will happily give you a full refund but it will incur a small administration charge to cover the collection of the “no reason for cancellation” unwanted order.
On despatch of your order an E-mail will be sent to you from UPS with your delivery details / tracking reference should you wish to track your parcel. UPS endeavour to deliver between 9am and 7pm to residential addresses and by close of business for commercial addresses. They cannot schedule a specific delivery time within that window. A Signature will be required upon receipt, they are unable to leave your parcel without a signature.
If item(s) you have ordered are not in stock, we will happily backorder it for you, we will send you an e-mail to inform you and give you the option to cancel or keep on backorder.
